- All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post (Domestic) & DHL (International)
- Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take up-to 3 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
- Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
- For International information regarding shipping fees, duties, and taxes, please refer to the international shipping & returns table below. If duties are not included, they will be calculated during checkout. Rest assured, there are no hidden surprises upon delivery.
